Your Role:

Constellation Digital Partners has created the world’s first open digital services platform dedicated to the credit union industry. The Junior Developer Sales Engineer will support service provider and credit union development efforts on the Constellation platform. We’re looking for a capable, motivated, flexible and highly technical individual who not only loves to build services (apps that run on the platform), but also loves to help others succeed at developing their own services. The Junior Developer Sales Engineer will participate in the “development” relationships with both service providers and credit union developers. Providing the support needed by developers to get their services deployed onto the Constellation platform. The Junior Developer Sales Engineer will also be expected to develop, support, and enhance Constellation-developed services. The goal of the Junior Developer Sales Engineer is to drive the success of the platform measured by the quality and quantity of the services delivered through the platform.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Developer support:
    • Provide (develop and maintain) training material (videos, how tos, and code samples).
    • Provide developer tech support & troubleshooting.
    • Capture service providers’ platform enhancement needs.
    • Create prototypes.
    • Monitor communication channels
    • Constellation-devs Slack Channel
    • Zendesk – Technical support requests.
    • Develop and/or maintain Constellation services:
    • Create, support and enhance web applications(html, javascript, react, less css, and java springboot) created by Constellation or commissioned by Constellation to be created.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills (oral, presentation, and written)

    • Required to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, standards, and controls as well as comply with all federal and state laws and regulations.

      To be successful in this role, you will need to be/have:

      • Front end web development experience (HTML5, CSS, JS)
      • 1+ year react experience
      • 1+ year JavaScript experience
      • React.js Experience.
      • Java experience would be helpful.
      • Fast learner - Trying new things within the realm of web development
      • Security Minded – A big part of the job will be identifying, communicating and alleviating potential security concerns in code.
      • Fast thinking, problem solver – The ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions for developers' challenges.
      • Able to pivot between tasks
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Comfortable speaking out.
